The resort has beautiful ocean views and the pool bar serves great food. However, the service felt disorganized with long waits for room keys, and the dining options were limited both in menu variety and quality. Our stay at the resort was truly memorable! The beautiful and well-maintained property offered us a relaxing vacation. From the get-go, we were excited by the all-inclusive package, which allowed us to enjoy meals at both onsite and offsite restaurants. However, we faced some hiccups with our concierge service, which left us a bit frustrated at times. Overall, the experience was uplifting but had a few downsides worth mentioning.
During my visit, the resort had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious and offered stunning views, but the service felt slow and disorganized at times. The dining options lacked variety, especially for breakfast. Overall, the location was great, but the inconsistencies made for a mixed experience.
We had a fantastic family trip where every single one of us enjoyed our stay. The resort's staff treated us like family, and the beach was simply gorgeous. While the communication regarding activities could be a bit confusing, and there were limited options for younger kids on New Year's Eve, the overall experience far outweighed these minor hiccups. The all-inclusive package was generous, and the dining options were delightful.
I can't say enough good things about The Royal Sands! From the stunning beachfront location to the amazing service, my family and I had a fantastic experience. The staff truly makes you feel at home, and the family-friendly amenities kept us entertained. The only downside was our dining experiences at some restaurants like Captain's Cove, which didn’t live up to our expectations. Overall, this place is a gem in Cancun!
